“Engineers and students working together on practical projects in the school and community.”

Every year the Transpower Neighbourhood Engineers Awards gives prizes to the best and most innovative collaboration between students, teachers and volunteer engineers. These awards offer students the opportunity to work with engineers on practical projects in the school and community as well as providing a creative way to enhance the Technology curriculum.

This website provides information about the awards, how to enter, the judging criteria and examples of projects undertaken by past winners.

IPENZ looks forward to assisting you throughout the duration of your project and seeing it arrive in our office for judging in October.

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2015 Awards
